Job Description

The Customer Service/ Customer Experience Representative is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service & satisfaction within the organization. He/she will be responsible for optimal communication, order processing, support, correspondence and deliveries between customers, the sales team and the customer service team. This position is focussed on the Benelux market, therefor being able to communicate fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory, French as an extra language would be very welcome!

Responsibilities

  • Providing commercial & administrative support of all commercial activities from the Sales team regarding customers;
  • Being the communication portal between the Sales team, back office and customers;
  • Order processing and making reservations for instruments to be borrowed in connection with the surgeries;
  • Handling the Order Management (providing accurate delivery dates, pricing information, order status, et cetera);
  • Allocating products;
  • Being involved in inquiries;
  • Invoicing;
  • Preparing immediate deliveries/transfers of products;
  • Handling order entry and checking price agreements and conditions.

Qualifications

  • MBO/HBO education in Business or Administration, or equivalent through professional experience;
  • Min. 2-4 years of professional experience in similar role;
  • Experienced in working with an ERP-system is preferred (SAP);
  • Experienced in working with MS Office (Excel) and other programs like Salesforce;
  • Preferably a high level of product, anatomy and physiology knowledge;
  • Preferably a good understanding of Sales- and order processes;
  • Preferably experienced in production planning;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent in Dutch English is mandatory;
  • Fluent in French is preferred.
