Job Description

In this position you will be part of the Benelux Sales team which consists of 4 Account managers Managers managed by the Sales Manager Benelux. Your responsibility for this role covers East & West Flanders for the complete Dental portfolio. Ideally you will be living in- or close by this part of Belgium.

Ultimately your responsibility is commercial focused; maintaining, growing of current accounts and relationship management combined with developing new business in the area.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Maintain and grow accounts by utilizing positive relationship management techniques;
  • Develop new business through addition of new customers and penetrating existing accounts;
  • Perform product trainings with customers in order to ensure best use of our products;
  • Meet annual sales targets as assigned;
  • Attend exhibitions, local evening meetings and company events;
  • Perform administrative tasks needed to timely and accurately support sales efforts and management requirements.

Qualifications

The new Account manager is experienced in sales within the medical devices- or pharmaceutical  industry and preferably has Dental knowledge.

We are looking for a commercial thinker with a “hands-on” mentality and excellent interpersonal skills. A person with interest in the dental market, good technical understanding and the ability to bring the sales in the area to a higher level.

But if you really want to succeed in this role, you also need the following;

  • Secondary education;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar commercial role;
  • Experience in the Medical Devices- or Pharma Industry is a must;
  • Experience in the Dental business is a plus;
  • Good team player, positive attitude, organized & result driven;
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills;
  • Languages: Dutch & English;
  • Confident MS Office user.
