As they are building their team in the EMEA region, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the DACH region who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Job Description

You will be working with Hiring Managers to identify their recruitment needs, building a recruitment and attraction strategy and creating a talent pipeline of qualified candidates. You will be collaborating with HR colleagues to provide the best customer experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates. In this role, you will be the companies “Talent Ambassador”, promote the company brand and their passion to alleviate pain and improve people’s quality of life!

This position is part of a diverse team that operates regionally and reports to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for the EMEA Region. There will be a great potential for growth, and development where you will be a memebr of a small team of TA Specialists in your cluster.

How You Create Impact

  • Be the trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools;
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in your cluster for mid-senior level positions;
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to create the best recruitment strategy for their open vacancies and discuss possible challenges;
  • Work Closely with the HRBPs to deliver the best customer experience for both Hiring Manager and candidates;
  • Promote the company as employer of choice and champion their “Best & Preferred place to work” initiative;
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and their Talent function to encourage hiring diverse talent and support our internal mobility through providing excellent experience for their internal talent;
  • Identify improvement opportunities within the Talent Acquisition process and work with the team to implement them including new tools, best practices, social media;
  • Support in creating a data driven TA function, by maintaining reports on metrics and data analytics;
  • Mentor and support more junior TA  Specialists in their development and day to day work;
  • Ensure compliance with local Laws and regulations and Internal company processes and policies.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and systems from candidate attraction to successful candidate onboarding;
  • Expertise in sourcing strategy, talent attraction, selection methods;
  • Experience in relationship building, exposure to key business stakeholders;
  • Passion for Talent and for providing the best candidate and Hiring Manager experience;
  • Willingness to learn and support team members to learn and grow;
  • Experience in matrix multinational matrix organization or healthcare sector is an advantage;
  • Ability to navigate through change and transformation;
  • Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills;
  • Focus on results;
  • Excellent English language skills.
