Job Description

As a Solutions Consultant you will have the task to actively manage various projects for hospitals in Spain. We focus on teamwork as you will work in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary hospital team and support them in achieving higher efficiencies and optimizing the quality of care. You will take on the implementation and consulting role, including training and coaching of hospital staff and share best practice, evidence and latest technology in orthopedic care. Part of your role as a consultant is being able to clarify how our solutions and technologies can support customer’s operations, how they can impact efficiency and quality of care and how this can be supported by data management solutions.

The Core Components oOf their Portfolio Include

  • Interactive patient engagement tools designed to inform and educate patients about their procedure and treatment. The tools facilitate physician-patient communication via telemedicine, provides patients with relevant exercises and enables data collection;
  • Expert consulting services that helps hospitals increase efficiency and productivity and improve patient outcomes, by streamlining workflows and enhance clinicals protocols throughout the entire care pathway. 

Qualifications

Competency is based on: education, training, skills and experience. In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Healthcare or Business;
  • Excellent presentation, moderation and communication skills as well as strong analytical thinking skills;
  • Knowledge of implementing process improvement and change management strategies;
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology is preferred;
  • Strong inter personal skills;
  • Experience in working closely with medical professionals and hospital management is preferred;
  • Experience with adult learning and education preferred;
  • Medical-device experience strongly preferred;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
