Together with the relevant teams, the Web data Analyst is responsible for identification and realisation of online E-Commerce business improvement opportunities in multiple countries throughout EMEA region and prepare and execute all reporting in order to support the management to enable them to make adequate & pro active business decisions related to  E-Commerce business and platforms (B2B and B2C).  

 Key responsibilities web data analytics

• Create, maintain and analyze reoccurring and ad hoc dashboards that shape the day-to-day business and drive the long-term growth of our E-commerce and Digital Marketing initiatives;
• Deliver insights to support E-commerce budget setting and continuously track actuals vs budget by country and product category;
• Provide recommendations on ways to optimize E-commerce performance;
• Translate data of digital campaign results into clear and actionable summaries to be shared at all levels across the company; 

Key requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar;
• Has a broad IT experience with ERP (JD Edwards), Hubble reporting / Insights, Microsoft Office especially advanced Excel skills;
• Is well informed about the management requirements and market developments;
• Is able to present information in clear constructive way to all relevant stakeholders;
• Has excellent understanding of the (sports) business environment;
• Is able to transfer complex business requirements into supportive business reporting tools;
• Is fluently in English and preferably Dutch.
