Job Description

In this home- based position you will be responsible for providing product education and advice to patient users in order to support and optimize their treatment. You will be part of the Benelux Sales team and work closely together with the Account Manager of your region (Wallony) & the Customer Care department for outbound activities. You will report to the Sales Manager.

General functions
•    You work systematically to prepare for each patient contact and you work according to the TMF sales process;
•    You maintain contact with patient associations or similar organizations throughout Wallony;
•    You continuously train in medical and product knowledge (including clinical studies);
•    You give individual and group training to the target group assigned to you;
•    You take the following initiatives:
•    Visiting patients at home or in their place of residence
•    Call patients (outbound and as backup of the inbound calling agent)
•    Animate patient events (face to face or via Webinar)
•    Support the account manager for training in hospitals
•    You realize through the above actions your goals regarding “patient coverage and visit / contact frequency”;
•    You report your activities daily in our CRM system and thereby guarantee the quality of the data.

Qualifications

•    Min. Bachelor degree;
•    Min 3-year experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals,  functions in an Medical Devices environment;
•    Native French speaking, Fluent in Dutch & English;
•    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, as dealing with different patients in an empathic way;
•    Strong presentation skills;
•    Strive for optimal product use in patient group;
•    Result-oriented and driven by commercial objectives;
•    Analytical mindset and working along the analysis-plan-execute-monitor scheme;
•    Strong self-awareness & 100% transparent; 
•    Territory and time management;
•    PC literate (Office, Outlook, CRM);
•    Can both work as independent and in a team;
•    Initiative taker, pro-active & stress resistant;
•    Flexibility (no 9 to 5 mentality);
•    Driving license (car).
