In this Benelux- focused role you will act as a Business Partner to the MD and Senior Leadership Team. By combining your analytical skills with good business sense and acumen you will contribute by recommending and proactively advising on all consumer related matters. In close cooperation with the Sales-, Marketing- and Finance team you will be responsible for optimizing and translating customer data into operational solutions and strategic decisions to successfully optimize company results.

Duties & responsibilities

• Monitoring customer buying trends and behaviors to identify opportunities and provide recommendations based on data;
• Bringing data to life by creating meaningful insights for stake-holders;
• Proactively identify and communicate opportunities and recommendations for improvement to the Benelux business;
• Define and deliver customer and channel analysis to support business objectives and growth from existing customer base;
• Extract and utilize customer data to support Customer Care and Sales teams to deliver strategy of servicing consumers directly towards a better quality of life and correct product usage;
• Support Marketing team through effective use of data in planning & delivery of Consumer Events, Marketing campaigns and analyzing results.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant field;
• Experience as a Business or Data Analyst (preferably in Customer Analytics);
• Experienced in Financial, economic- and statistical analysis (and modelling);
• Well experienced in data systems, preferably SAP, SQL, R, Power BI;
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Strong business acumen;
• Proactive approach, good interpersonal- & communication skills;
• Ambitious and result focused.
