Job Title: Customer Voice Portal Java Developer (IVR) with CVP
Location: Overland Park , KS

Position 1:
Requirement:
- Customer Voice Portal Java Developer (IVR)
- Experience with creating and modifying custom Java elements utilizing within CVP Call Studio.
- 3+ years of Java development experience
- 3+ years of experience in back-end integration using Web Services/WSDL and Web Services WSDL using SSL authentication, Tomcat, JBoss and IIS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills and willingness to dig into large existing code base to understand how it works.
- Individual needs to be a self-starter and an independent worker. Experience navigating up to 400 pages of Visio requirements documents is a plus along with experience with Voice XML and IVR text to speech and Cisco

Customer Voice Portal Call Studio Developer (IVR)
- 3+ years of experience with developing complex applications for Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP) using Call Studio.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills and willingness to dig into large existing code base to understand how it works.
- Individual needs to be a self-starter and an independent worker. Experience navigating up to 400 pages of Visio requirements documents is a plus along with experience with Voice XML and IVR text to speech and Cisco ICM or Genesys.
Position 3:
Customer Voice Portal Lead / Supervisor (IVR)
- At least 5 years of years of Java development experience
- At least 5 years of experience in back-end integration using Web Services/WSDL and Web Services WSDL using SSL authentication, Tomcat, JBoss and IIS.
- At least 5 years of experience with developing complex applications for Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP) using Call Studio.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM software, IVR/switch
- Experienced with modern contact center technology (e.g. ACD, IVR, CRM, WFM)
- Ability to manage the onshore and or offshore resources
