Job Title : Senior Drupal Developer For Global Delivery Model

Location: Florida , MA / Boston , MA

Duration: 12+ Month

Requirement:

  • Good Experience on working with Direct Clients and leading teams
  • Must have experience in working in Global Delivery Model
  • Attentive to details and provide guidance to the associates on the delivery team Leads status reviews of various application portfolios with appropriate stakeholders

• Good positive attitude to work on Support Assignment and provide leadership

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated creative problem solving skills

Proficient in Drupal, key contributed modules and core API

• Minimum 4+years of Drupal hands-on development experience.

• Proficient in the maintenance and administration of Drupal modules and sites.

• Solid understanding of PHP, AJAX, HTML, Javascript, and CSS

• Experience integrating open source and third-party applications into existing systems.

• Familiarity with source control systems such as Subversion, etc.

•Adheres to department standards, policies, procedures and industry best practices.

Provide Level 2 (Functional) and Level 3 (Technical) support to applications

• Analysis and debugging the issue at different layer of database and application server level.

• Ability to work on multiple issues at the same time and drive the issue resolution

• Takes initiatives proactively to identify the situations within the environment to fix them permanently. Come up with work around and leadroot cause analysis for the issues.

• Must have a good analytical ability and problem solving capability

•Interact with different customer IT managers to understand the issue and provide timely periodic status update and resolution to issue

• Provide documentation on root cause analysis and come up withdocuments for day to day operations procedures. Also come up with documents on work-around steps to be used by other team members.

• Workwith ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management

• Interact with different teams like Infrastructure team, Database team, Network team, Platform team and provide leadership on the issue resolution calls

• Has work experience of Support Engagement and Troubleshooting issues in Complex environment of Documentum implementation

• Share the lessons learned to different team members and mentoringother colleagues.

• Provide Weekly status reports to clients. Perform Enhancements and bug fixes

• Perform Testing of the Bug Fixes and System related testing when required as part of Support responsibilities Participate in Transition from Projects to Operations and prepare

relevant documentation and review the deliverables from Project team Ready to extend the work wherever its required on priority basis
