Job Description
As the Product Manager for the Marketplace, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Australia’s digital automotive marketplace. You will act as the product owner for one of our Marketplace agile squads, leading the end-to-end delivery of features for both consumers and our dealer partners.

Day to day you will:
Product Delivery
- Own and deliver features and capabilities for the Marketplace domain.
- Develop and prioritize the product backlog and define user stories.
- Lead feature launches and manage UAT processes.
- Actively participate and lead where required in all agile squad ceremonies.
- Facilitate and lead ideation and feature development workshop or sessions
Product Management & Roadmap
- Contribute to the quarterly and annual product roadmap.
- Provide operational support to stakeholders, including investigating and resolving product issues.
- Optimize key capabilities within the Marketplace to improve audience acquisition and conversion.
User Experience
- Collaborate with the UX and design team on design requirements and user testing.
- Ensure customer insights and behaviour inform roadmap prioritization.
Research & Analytics
- Collaborate with our data team to develop dashboards and reports on product performance.
- Review and manage key metrics for consumer and dealer satisfaction.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years in product management, with a focus on digital products in media, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
- Experience in end-to-end product development, from concept to launch.
- Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, data).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- An organized individual with high attention to detail and strong project management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in data-related products and features.
- Experience working with AI-driven product features.
- Familiarity with digital audience analytics and operational tools such as WordPress, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, and Figma.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature flags).
- A passion for the Australian automotive industry.
