Job Description
Our Talent, Inclusion and Experience team identifies, designs and delivers best practice group-wide initiatives and programs to build leadership capabilities; attract, retain, and develop talent; drive a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive culture; and create an exceptional employee experience for all of our people.
Reporting to our Head Of Leadership, Talent and Performance you will help design and deliver our performance, leadership and talent activities across the business, with an immediate focus on performance. You will engage our people with the delivery of impactful performance, leadership and learning activities that build meaningful careers, high performing teams and drive strong business results.
Day to day you will:
- Support the Head of Leadership, Talent and Performance to build governance in line with the strategy
- Support the design and delivery of our leadership, talent and performance solutions and capability activities
- Actively co-design and consult with P&C Business partners and the business stakeholders
- Analyse leadership, talent and performance metrics and data from various sources across the business
- Manage online compliance learning and enquiries.

What we would like to see on your resume:
- Tertiary qualified in HR Management, Organisational Development or a related field is ideal but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in an OD role with technical competence in performance, leadership, capability or similar
- Experience or transferable skills in designing and delivering performance review cycle and related capability initiatives
- Proven ability to navigate complex environments/large enterprises
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient data and analytical skills (including Excel skills)
- Exposure to LMS management and design software (e.g. Articulate/Kineo)
- Experience in HRIS management desirable (e.g. Workday).
