Job Description

You’ll play a critical role in attracting talented people to Nine! 

You'll be responsible for leading Talent Acquisition across Broadcast, Publishing and Radio, ensuring Nine has the right talent to achieve its strategic priorities. Delivering a best in class candidate and hiring leader experience.

Day to day you will:

  • Work as a trusted business partner delivering end to end recruitment
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and best practice
  • Design, recommend and execute strategic sourcing campaigns including market mapping, targeted search, proactive approaches, talent communities and employer brand campaigns
  • Provide regular talent acquisition reporting, insights and market updates
  • Develop, uphold and implement clear processes and standards
  • Coach and guide people leaders

What we would like to see on your resume:  

  • Deep expertise and knowledge of best practice end to end talent acquisition (preferably within an in-house or RPO role)
  • Experience in developing and executing TA strategy
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering a range of creative talent initiatives
  • Ability to develop and present meaningful reporting and insights 

You will be a passionate and creative team player with the ability to influence and drive change.
