Nimbyx is looking for an HR Operations Lead who’s ready to break free from traditional HR thinking and help us build a world where top talent feels deeply connected, empowered, and valued.
This role isn’t for someone who’s just looking to maintain the status quo. We need a humble leader who can own and elevate every aspect of HR operations—from onboarding to offboarding, payroll to compliance—with precision, empathy, and a problem-solver’s mindset.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership to implement HR strategies that are lean, scalable, and people-first. You’ll leverage tools, data, and first-principles thinking to continuously improve how we support and serve our teams. You’ll be empowered to make things better—not just keep things running.

What You’ll Own
Employee Services & Support: Onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll management
HR Information Systems: Data management, analysis, and reporting
Strategic Planning & Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with company goals
Qualifications
The Essentials for Success in This Role
5+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in payroll processing and payroll system management
Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance standards
A results-driven mindset with the ability to lead complex projects independently
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams

🌟 Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
⏰ Schedule: 8am to 5pm - flexi
