EviSmart™ is transforming digital dentistry and we’re looking for a top-tier Performance Marketing Manager to lead our Facebook ad strategy.

If you have 5+ years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience, a track record of scaling campaigns, and a sharp eye for data-driven growth, this is your shot to own a high-impact role at a fast-scaling tech company.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and scale Facebook campaigns with precision and creativity

• Manage large ad budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS

• Dive deep into analytics to optimize every touchpoint

• Test fast, learn fast, and lead data-backed experimentation

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to drive real business impact

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven performance marketer (5+ years) with Facebook Ads expertise

• Obsessed with results, strategy, and optimization

• Analytical, creative, and relentless about improving performance

• A true team player who’s not afraid to take the lead

🌟 Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
⏰ Schedule could be any of these: 6am to 3pm • 8am to 5pm • 11pm to 8am ~ depending on business needs
