Growth Marketing Specialist – Manila (Onsite)

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful marketer to lead and execute growth initiatives across our APAC markets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across content, campaigns, outreach, and strategy - driving visibility, engagement, and pipeline.

You’ll be part of a fast-moving team where priorities shift and new ideas are tested quickly. You’ll need to think critically, adapt fast, and take initiative, especially when things aren’t fully defined.

You are someone who:

• Has strong marketing fundamentals and digital execution skills

• Understands how to engage different segments in B2B and SaaS environments

• Writes clearly, thinks strategically, and makes data-backed decisions

• Thrives in fast-changing environments and stays calm in ambiguity

• Can pivot quickly, adjust plans, and still drive things forward

• Is actively learning and applying AI tools to improve marketing outcomes

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking

• Creating and refining email, content, and outreach strategies

• Developing messaging that resonates with specific regional audiences

• Identifying the right tools and channels to drive growth

• Working with Sales and Product to ensure marketing is aligned and effective

This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Manila office (BGC, Taguig).
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and operate on APAC hours.
