If you see email not as a channel, but as a strategic, data-powered B2B SaaS growth engine, you’ll thrive here. We’re looking for a lifecycle expert who combines executional rigor with smart automation and AI-enhanced insights.

What You’ll Own

• Own end-to-end execution of email campaigns in HubSpot: product, nurture, reactivation, upsell

• Design and launch lifecycle flows: onboarding, expansion, winback, churn prevention

• Build advanced segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization strategies

• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Clearbit, Mutiny, Seventh Sense) to optimize copy, send times, and engagement

• Analyze and iterate campaigns based on CTOR, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact

• Maintain list hygiene, deliverability, and compliance best practices

• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Product Marketing to align lifecycle with GTM strategy

What You Bring

• 2 to 4+ years of hands-on email marketing in a B2B SaaS environment

• Mastery of HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaign builder, workflows, scoring, and reporting)

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate campaign development and personalization

• Data-driven: you measure success in open rates, conversion rates, and pipeline dollars

• Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Looker, HTML email formatting, or enrichment tools

Education

• Degree in Data Science, Marketing Technology, or Communications

• HubSpot and lifecycle marketing certifications strongly preferred
