Your Mission:
As CFO, your role is clear yet profound: Own Nimbyx’s financial strategy and execution. Your mandate is to establish world-class financial processes, lead insightful planning, optimize capital structures, and support exponential growth across our global operations anchored in Manila.

Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Partner closely with the CEO to shape and execute Nimbyx’s financial vision, ensuring alignment with ambitious growth objectives.
Financial Excellence: Build and maintain robust financial infrastructure—budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.
Operational Mastery: Streamline financial processes with automation tools (Expensify, NetSuite) for greater accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
Risk Management: Proactively manage financial risk, compliance, and governance to protect and strengthen Nimbyx’s operational resilience.
Talent Champion: Mentor, lead, and grow a high-performing finance team, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and relentless execution.

Timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting
Efficiency in cash flow and capital management
Effectiveness in financial planning and budgeting
Compliance and risk management robustness
Team growth, retention, and engagement

Who You Are:
Proven executive leadership in fast-growth environments
Deep operational knowledge of finance systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
Exceptional strategic thinker, with the operational discipline to execute at scale
A builder at heart—energized by automation, optimization, and building resilient systems
Comfortable navigating complex global financial landscapes from a Manila-based HQ

Compensation & Location:
Compensation - competitive w experience. Role is fully office-based (Work from Office) in our BGC, Manila headquarters.
