We are seeking a PHP Developer to join our Technology team, who will build and maintain robust, scalable backend systems that power the products and platforms shaping the future of digital health and beyond.

What you'll do

Backend Development & API Integration
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable PHP applications
• Build and consume RESTful APIs to support seamless integration across platforms
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness

Code Quality & Optimization
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices
• Conduct code reviews, implement testing protocols, and identify performance bottlenecks
• Optimize queries and system performance to handle real-world load

Collaboration & Innovation
• Work closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-impact features
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and long-term tech strategy

• Experience: 3+ years in PHP development (Laravel, Symfony, or similar frameworks)
• Tech Stack: Strong knowledge of MySQL, Git, Composer, and API standards (REST, JSON)
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in debugging, refactoring, and improving codebase performance
• Mindset: Fast learner, self-starter, and driven to continuously improve
• Collaboration: Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP), CI/CD, or containerization (Docker)

🌟 Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
⏰ Schedule: 8am to 5pm
