What you'll do

Backlog Management & Sprint Execution
• Translate product vision and roadmaps into clearly defined user stories and tasks
• Define story details including acceptance criteria to guide agile delivery teams
• Lead backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning for efficient execution

Customer-Centric Product Development
• Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and use cases
• Ensure product features and user stories reflect actual customer needs and pain points
• Validate product builds through acceptance testing and gather feedback during demos

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with engineering, UX, business teams, and stakeholders
• Facilitate regular product demos and reviews to align the team with product goals
• Support innovation efforts by helping conceptualize and iterate on digital solutions

What we look for

• Experience: 3+ years as an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager
• Mindset: Embraces authentic Agile practices rooted in learning, customer focus, and rapid iteration
• Adaptability: Able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Communication: Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
• Ownership: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems creatively
• Analytical: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making
• Drive: Passion for creating innovative software and delivering first-class user experiences
