Job Description

Head of Product

Strategic and execution-oriented Product Leader passionate about identifying market needs and translating innovative solutions into impactful products. This critical role will be responsible for deeply understanding market dynamics, validating product-market fit, and leading the productization process for our suite of AI-driven productivity and automation platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, a customer-centric approach, and a proven ability to take early-stage concepts and scale them into successful, market-validated products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Product-Market Fit Identification and Validation:

    • Conduct rigorous market research, customer discovery, and validation activities to identify unmet needs and promising market opportunities.

    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to pinpoint areas for product innovation and differentiation.

    • Develop and test hypotheses around product-market fit through prototyping, MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), and early user feedback.

    • Define and track key metrics to assess product-market fit and iterate based on data and insights.

    • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate identified market needs and validated solutions into well-defined product concepts.

    • Lead the productization process, defining the core features, user experience, and value proposition of new products.
       

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:

    • Based on validated product-market fit, contribute to the development of the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our suite of AI-driven productivity and automation platforms.

    • Align the product roadmap with overall company strategy and business objectives, ensuring a focus on market relevance and user value.

    • Communicate the product strategy and roadmap effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
       

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and potentially other product-related roles, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and customer empathy.

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment on product vision and execution towards market validation.

    • Effectively communicate product decisions, priorities, and learnings related to product-market fit to all stakeholders.
       

  • Market and User Advocacy:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of target users, their evolving needs, and the competitive landscape.

    • Champion the user perspective throughout the product development process, ensuring solutions address real market problems.

    • Continuously monitor market feedback and iterate on products to strengthen product-market fit and drive user adoption.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.  

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a strong focus on identifying product-market fit and converting solutions into successful products.

  • Proven track record of conducting market research, customer discovery, and validation activities.

  • Deep understanding of lean startup methodologies and MVP development.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, user feedback, and product metrics to inform decisions about product-market fit.

  • Strong ability to translate market needs and validated solutions into clear product specifications.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and the rationale behind product-market fit decisions.

  • Experience leading and mentoring product teams with a focus on market validation is highly desirable.

  • Experience in AI-driven product environments or venture-backed startups is a plus.

Additional Information

🌟 Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Schedule: 8am to 5pm 
📍 Location: One World Place, 32nd Street, BGC, Taguig City
