Job Description
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an SQA professional with a fresh perspective—someone who goes beyond traditional testing methods and brings a real-world, user-centric lens to quality assurance. This role isn’t for those who rely solely on code-driven checks; it’s for someone who thinks like a user, challenges assumptions, and evaluates software from a functionality and usability standpoint.
You’ll be more than a bug-finder—you’ll be a product advocate, influencing product quality through a blend of business analysis and user experience (UX) thinking. If you come from a background in product testing, business analysis, or UX, and your instinct is to test based on how things should work in everyday use—not just how they technically work—this role may be for you.

Responsibilities
Create detailed acceptance criteria for user stories that align with business requirements.
Execute testing activities focused on user experience and functionality, not just technical correctness.
Contribute to the business analysis process, defining acceptance criteria, business rules, and user stories.
Identify and document software bugs, ensuring clear communication for bug resolution during development.
Communicate quality status and project deliverables to stakeholders with a focus on the user experience.
Facilitate smooth UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes and track production issues for future improvements.
Contribute to optimizing QA efforts through the use of automation tools where applicable.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Be flexible with work schedule to meet project deadlines.
Actively contribute to creating a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications
Requirements
Proven experience or exposure to Business Analysis practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear and effective acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills in both QA and Business Analysis contexts.
A deep understanding of business processes and how they align with QA efforts to meet customer needs.
Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering user-driven results.
A passion for user experience (UX) and designing QA processes with the end-user in mind.

🌟 Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
⏰ Schedule: 8am to 5pm - flexi
