Job Description
Case Management Specialist
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional with a background in data annotation and a passion for accuracy and process improvement. If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, this is your chance to be part of a pioneering team that’s building the future of case management and automation.
As a Case Intake Specialist, you’ll manage the intake and validation of new cases using structured processes and automation tools. Your background in data labeling, tagging, or verification will be key to ensuring clean, high-quality data that powers our AI agent products—tools that help global customers streamline operations and drive business success.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
Perform integrity checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in case-related data.
Maintain well-organized and accurate records in internal systems.
Intake Processing
Review and process incoming cases, validating all required information.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to clarify or resolve flagged issues.
Work with automation and product teams to improve data flows and tool performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in data annotation, labeling, validation, or structured data processing.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Excellent English comprehension skills, including grammar and technical language.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and changing workflows.
Comfortable working night shifts (schedule may be subject to change).
Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry.

🌟 Work setup: Full onsite, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
⏰ Schedule: 9PM to 7:30AM
