About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Global Account Manager to join our Evident Digital team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow high-value B2B client relationships across the US and Canada, driving business success and advancing the adoption of cutting-edge digital dentistry solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Customer/Client Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for global B2B clients, ensuring their goals align with our innovative solutions.
- Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand client portfolios.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences, from onboarding to long-term support.
- Deliver Results: Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and present actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: At least 2+ years of B2B account management, specifically with global clients. Experience in the US/Canada markets is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: A track record of creating and executing account strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Client/Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on client success and satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital solutions, technology, or healthcare industries is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment.
