Nimble Collective is looking for an Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. They will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have sold to animation and game studios. Or, at the very least, have experience selling a new product into a niche industry.
Account Executive responsibilities include finding studio opportunities and turning them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and a great experience. Our product represents a shift in the way animation is done, so a fair amount of education and handholding will be required to get studios over the line.
Get in on the ground floor of a first mover company in the emerging field of cloud-based animation. The ideal candidate is passionate about the potential of cloud based studios, and how they will improve the industry. In the past, the candidate will have thrived and succeeded in exceeding sales goals in a hyper-growth environment where targets shift fast.

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Educate prospects on the advantages of moving to the cloud
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
Remain in frequent contact with your clients to understand their needs
Present products to prospective clients
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Proven experience as Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
A sense of humor
Enthusiastic and passionate
BS or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google docs; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Hubspot) is a plus
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Knowledge and experience in the animation industry or selling into niche markets
