Manager, Culture
- Full-time
Job Description
About This job
At NIQ, developing our people is how our strategy comes to life, and culture is what sustains it. In this role you will build and evolve scalable development and culture solutions that help our associates and managers perform at their best. Your focus will be on three priorities: launching our Manager Development Program, digitizing and updating our development programs, and bringing our culture manifesto to life. You will review our current portfolio of programs, decide what to keep, redesign, simplify, or retire, and turn the strongest solutions into high-quality products people can access on their own. This is a builder role for someone with experience in talent development and culture, a strong product mindset, and the ability to turn complex needs into practical solutions. You will work in a global, fast-moving environment where priorities shift; feedback strengthens the work, and creativity matters. Clear, confident communication is essential, since you will advise and influence senior leaders. Where it helps, you will use digital tools and AI to work faster and reach more people. Depending on business needs, you will also facilitate and deliver programs directly.

- Manage NIQ's Senior Leadership Program, including the participant experience, program operations, stakeholder communications, and our executive coaching vendor relationship.
- Bring NIQ's culture manifesto to life, translating it into practical tools, manager guides, communications, and experiences that embed it in everyday work.
- Facilitate and deliver culture and development programs, pilots, and working sessions, adapting to different audiences and formats.
- Design digital-first development products, including learning journeys, content, tools, templates, and self-service support for all associates.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and problem definition through prototyping, testing, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Turn complex organizational needs and stakeholder input into clear requirements, practical solutions, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Use digital tools and AI where they speed up design and content development or extend the reach of solutions.
- Create concise, compelling recommendations and presentations that help senior leaders make decisions. Partner across HR and the business to co-create solutions, manage dependencies, and make sure products work across functions, geographies, and employee groups.
- Define what success looks like and use data and feedback to improve product quality, adoption, and business impact.
- Manage priorities, milestones, risks, and stakeholder expectations with strong ownership and follow-through. Contribute across the broader Culture portfolio as priorities evolve, delivering resourcefully with existing expertise, technology, and reusable assets.
