Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Photographer to join the NIQ Brandbank Studio team. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality, print-ready product images at volume while maintaining strict quality standards and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced studio environment, works effectively both independently and collaboratively, and has a strong understanding of product photography, lighting techniques, image quality standards, and workflow management.
This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality, print-ready images of grocery and consumer products to support data collection and digital content requirements.
- Ensure all product images are clear, accurate, legible, and comply with NIQ Brandbank quality standards.
- Maintain high productivity while consistently meeting image quality expectations.
- Prioritize workload according to SLAs, internal service KPIs, and business requirements.
- Manage daily photography workflow, product organization, and studio shelving systems.
- Resolve photography-related queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Process urgent and rejected products within established KPIs.
- Monitor image quality and minimize rejections through strong attention to detail.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance studio operations.
- Collaborate across studio functions as required to maintain operational productivity during peak periods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Meet daily image production targets and departmental performance metrics.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient studio environment.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in product photography, commercial photography, studio photography, or related field.
- Strong understanding of photography equipment, camera settings, and studio lighting techniques.
- Experience working in a high-volume production environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team objectives.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems and workflows.
- Understanding of data confidentiality and information security principles.
Preferred
- Experience photographing FMCG, retail, grocery, packaged goods, or e-commerce products.
- Experience working with image quality control processes and production KPIs.
- Familiarity with image editing or asset management workflows.
- Knowledge of color management, image standards, and print-ready digital assets.
