Salary: 180,000 PLN to 220,000 PLN gross per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. The Sr. Manager, Learning Content Developer and Storyteller shapes learning into clear, engaging, and actionable experiences for a global audience. 

This role combines strong writing, content design, storytelling, and learner empathy to translate complex business, process, and programme information into practical resources employees can understand, trust, and apply across regions, functions, and time zones. 

By bringing structure, clarity, and narrative to learning content, the role strengthens the quality, consistency, usability, and impact of NIQ’s global learning resources across Workday Learning, knowledge hubs, programme communications, and other learning channels. 

The role applies a storyteller mindset to create meaningful learner journeys, practical scenarios, and compelling narratives that make learning more relevant, memorable, inclusive, and actionable. 

Working closely with subject matter experts, programme owners, HR, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compliance, facilitators, vendors, and business stakeholders, the Sr. Manager, Learning Content Developer and Storyteller develops learner-facing assets, programme narratives, launch communications, and knowledge resources that support global capability priorities and improve the learner experience at scale. 

Responsibilities

Create compelling global learning content 

  • Create, update, format, and maintain high-quality learner-facing materials, including learner guides, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, quick reference guides, FAQs, job aids, toolkits, knowledge articles, campaign content, and process documentation. 
  • Translate complex business, technical, process, or policy information into clear, concise, engaging, and accessible content for diverse global audiences. 
  • Use storytelling techniques, learner scenarios, examples, and narrative structure to make learning content relatable, memorable, and easier to apply in real work contexts. 
  • Develop programme narratives, launch communications, campaign assets, learning nudges, and reinforcement materials that connect learning objectives to business priorities and learner needs. 
  • Support the creation and maintenance of learning content in Workday Learning and other learning platforms, ensuring content is easy to find, navigate, understand, and use. 
  • Build and maintain digital learning modules using Easygenerator,  Synthesia and Articulate ensuring content is engaging, accessible, on-brand, and aligned to learning objectives. 
  • Apply clear writing, accessibility, localisation, formatting, branding, and content quality standards so resources are consistent, inclusive, professional, and globally scalable. 

Strengthen knowledge management and learner enablement 

  • Maintain learning content repositories, documentation libraries, version control processes, naming conventions, and content governance standards. 
  • Ensure learners, facilitators, HR teams, and stakeholders have the right resources to access, deliver, and apply learning content effectively. 
  • Review existing content to identify duplication, gaps, outdated materials, usability issues, and opportunities to simplify or improve the learner experience. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that improve content quality, reduce recurring support questions, and support learning delivery at scale. 

Use storytelling to strengthen learning impact 

  • Shape learning content into clear narratives, practical scenarios, and learner journeys that make concepts easier to understand and apply. 
  • Use storytelling techniques to create stronger learner connection, increase engagement, and improve retention of key messages. 
  • Partner with subject matter experts and programme owners to identify real examples, business context, and moments that bring learning to life. 
  • Ensure storytelling supports the learning objective, reflects the NIQ context, and strengthens the overall learner experience. 

Partner with stakeholders to improve content impact 

  • Work closely with subject matter experts and programme owners to clarify learning needs, gather source content, and shape resources that are learner-centred and outcome-focused. 
  • Support global learning programmes with practical content plans, review cycles, timelines, and launch-ready materials. 
  • Use feedback, learner questions, support trends, and stakeholder input to continuously refine materials and improve usability. 
  • Help embed consistent content standards across global learning assets so resources feel connected, credible, easy to navigate, and aligned through a clear learning narrative. 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, content development, instructional design, communications, knowledge management, HR, or a similar function. 
  • Strong experience creating, editing, and maintaining learner-facing materials such as guides, job aids, FAQs, communications, toolkits, process documentation, knowledge articles, and launch content. 
  • Hands-on experience creating digital learning content in Easygenerator, Synthesia and Articulate is required, as NIQ learning content is developed and maintained through these platforms. 
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, concise, engaging, and accessible content for global audiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to use storytelling, learner scenarios, examples, or narrative techniques to bring learning content to life and strengthen learner engagement and retention. 
  • Experience partnering with subject matter experts, programme owners, facilitators, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Strong writing, editing, organisation, stakeholder management, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, review cycles, and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Experience supporting content in Workday Learning or another learning management system is strongly preferred. 
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, accessibility standards, localisation considerations, or digital learning best practices is preferred. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
