ABOUT THE JOB
Sales Effectiveness T&D is a customer success team focusing on data analysis and geomarketing. We provide clients with insights based on various data, including spatial data analysis, answering their questions about where and why.
Where is the potential, and how do population and disposable income vary regionally?
Where to expand and how can I analyse and identify white spots for my retail chain?
Why has my sales volume changed and where to find areas for my sales territory optimisations?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysing and interpreting diverse data (incl. sales data, NIQ-specific and customer-specific data, spatial data, location and competition) to drive conclusions on trends and answer Client questions,
- Executing analytical projects (when required with support of senior person), by compiling, analysing, and interpreting various data; constructing presentations,
- Delivering quantified recommendations and value added to the Clients,
- Presenting ready results to the Client (when required with support of senior person).

- Ability to process and combine market data and spatial data with knowledge of consumers and trends,
- ability to translate data into practical insights and recommendations that support Client growth,
- clear and concise communication – both through presenting data and stories that emerge from it,
- active listening and ability to ask insightful questions and connect the dots to better understand Client needs,
- positive attitude, open-minded for new solutions and eagerness to learn new areas & ideas.
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of experience for Consultant / 4 years of experience for Senior Consultant in a retailer or consumer goods company, or consulting firm that combines client-facing and analytical roles,
- Fluent Polish and very good written and spoken communication skills in English (must have),
- Min. bachelor’s degree,
- Excellent numerical skills - very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
- GIS literacy is a strong advantage,
- Interest in retail, shopping centres and/or distribution of consumer goods,
- Ability to work both independently and as an enthusiastic team player,
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment, including a multicultural setting.
