Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Functional Trainer to support onboarding and capability building across the IV stream. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training sessions, supporting new joiners, and contributing to continuous improvement of learning content and training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) sessions for new hires and existing associates across IV processes
  • Support onboarding, including facilitation of training sessions and learner guidance
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align on training needs, schedules, and priorities
  • Maintain and update training materials (presentations, exercises, knowledge checks)
  • Support knowledge validation activities where applicable
  • Provide post-training support and address learner queries
  • Track training progress and provide feedback on learner performance
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives (e-learning, onboarding redesign, training optimization)

Scope of Role

Focus on basic to intermediate topics initially. Strong involvement in onboarding delivery and training rollout, with close collaboration with L&D, content teams, and operations stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in IV operations / process knowledge preferred
  • Prior experience in training delivery or knowledge sharing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for new joiners
  • Stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Proactive approach to improving content and training delivery

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-learning tools or content development
  • Exposure to onboarding program design or facilitation
  • Familiarity with Workday / LMS platforms
