• Develop and drive advanced standards for high-quality deliverables

• Possess mastery of propriety NielsenIQ tools and other applications (Discover, PowerBI, Power Query, etc.) to make recommendations for how to best address your client’s most pressing business questions . 
• Collaborate on new projects, revenue generating opportunities and apply service model rate card.
• Aid in user education for platform-specific instruction to drive usage/adoption of Business Intelligence applications and supporting clients with our performance measurement tools. 
• Share best demonstrated practices in an open, creative and collaborative team culture. 

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Mastery of propriety NIQ tools 
• Proficiency in utilizing Discover and helping diminish/eliminate client concerns & roadblocks in order to drive usage. 
• Experience in BI tools, applications for automation, analytics, reporting and database technologies, and programming languages.  
• Facilitate clear communications with internal and external contacts, proving the value of NIQ solutions in support of growth, adoption, and value creation 
• Creativity in leveraging existing data sources 
• Solution oriented, data driven and can flex between strategy work and detailed process execution 
• Work collaboratively, part of a remote team within a challenging and matrixed environment, while maintaining high standards
• Strong time management skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities. 
• Client Service Experience Required.
• Fluent in local language and English as applicable
