Job Description

La principal responsabilidad de este rol es brindar servicio a los clientes a través del trabajo de asesoría y detección de oportunidades, respondiendo en tiempo y calidad a las solicitudes y con un análisis profundo de las variables estratégicas para el negocio.

Responsibilities

  • Maneja clientes complejos (con gran capacidad de compra).
  • Desarrollo de análisis en busca de oportunidades/ amenazas para los negocios de los clientes.
  • Responsable de la relación comercial con los clientes. Atiende los diferentes requerimientos que tengan y necesiten.
  • Como consultor define, ejecuta y hace seguimiento al plan de cuenta del cliente.
  • Trabaja junto a los equipos de Revenue y Client Response

Buscamos una persona apasionada por el desarrollo de analíticos, con pensamiento estratégico y que tenga un excelente cumplimiento de objetivos a través de la satisfacción del cliente y el cuidado de su relación con ellos. 
 

Qualifications

  • Profesional en carreras administrativas, economía o ingeniería industrial.
  • 3+ años de experiencia en consumo masivo, empresas de consultoría, Retailers.
  • Conocimiento de la realidad del retail y de plan comercial.
  • Manejo y relacionamiento con clientes externos
  • Manejo de Office/Google y herramientas de CRM o de seguimiento comercial
  • Inglés Intermedio
