Research Analyst for Product Optimization, Customer Success (APAC)

Job Description

Objective:

To play a key role within the Product Optimization Customer Success team of APAC which conducts (i) consumer-driven product testing and (ii) AI-enabled product testing using our proprietary AIPD tool. The main requirements are to (i) ensure operational efficiency through cross-collaboration and timely project management and (ii) analyze & report survey results, thereby generating actionable sensory-related insights for clients. This role will significantly support the PO CS APAC team to ensure data accuracy, timely project execution, effective client communication and insightful reporting thereby enabling repeat product testing business from clients across the APAC region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of custom Product Testing studies – liaising effectively with project management, data processing and data science teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely management throughout the study.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Utilize statistical & analytical tools to enhance data interpretation and visualization.
  • Develop insightful reports to effectively communicate findings & recommendations.
  • Liaise with regional paneling teams to conduct product profiling of AIPD studies.
  • Run AIPD survey reports on Sensory Link platform.
  • Convert platform data into insightful AIPD reports and recommendations.
  • Train future team members on AIPD processes / survey report generation.
  • Develop AIPD case study decks to assist sales teams with their pitches.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • High attention to detail to ensure research accuracy and data integrity.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Ability to effectively run AIPD studies including report generation.
  • Necessary grasp of tools & techniques within product testing to be able to effectively implement them for insight generation.
