Job Description

Purpose of the role: 

The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the online panel environment, ensuring high-quality execution of daily operations. This includes providing assistance to panel participants, managing platform-related activities, and contributing to the effective and efficient delivery of market research processes. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for panelists and respondents by managing and responding to inquiries through the Zendesk platform 
  • Provide guidance and support to panel participants, including assistance with survey participation, technical issues, and general inquiries related to market research studies 
  • Maintain and update panelist information in the Atlas panel management system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity 
  • Monitor and escalate operational or technical issues that may impact the quality or continuity of research activities 
  • Communicate effectively with both panelists and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of customer service 
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management and Client Solutions teams across markets to support and optimize panel-related activities 
  • Manage and process personal data deletion requests in compliance with data protection regulations, coordinating with relevant internal teams 
  • Oversee the progress and quality of fieldwork activities, proactively taking corrective actions where necessary (e.g. quota adjustments, timeline alignment, requirement updates) 
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and autonomy 
  • Support additional operational tasks and projects as required, based on team and organizational needs 

Required Skills and Competencies 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken 
  • Strong quality orientation with high attention to detail

  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
