About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst Republish Validation to join our team. In this role, you will help manage and control data corrections (republishes), ensuring accuracy, transparency, and minimal client impact.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about data quality, operations, and process excellence, and wants exposure to global stakeholders and client-facing processes.
What You’ll Do
Manage Data Change Requests
- Create and handle republish/unpublish requests using workflow tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Ensure correct classification of root causes (mistake vs improvement) and impact
Analyze Data Impact
- Perform before/after analysis to understand the business impact of data changes
- Validate and ensure accuracy of reported changes
Support Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all processes follow defined global standards
- Coordinate approvals with stakeholders (Operations, MI Leads, Global teams)
Client Communication Support
- Assist in preparing client communication for major data changes
- Help ensure transparency on what changed, why, and the impact
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of changes (e.g., report updates / internal portals)
- Support tracking of KPIs such as republish rates and error trends
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work with Client Solutions, Operations, and Global teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and rework.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Data operations / reporting / analytics
- Quality assurance or process-driven roles
- Skills:
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- High attention to detail
- Good communication (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Nice to have:
- Experience with JIRA or workflow tools
- Exposure to reporting systems or dashboards
