Job Description
Role Overview
This role requires a highly experienced operations industry leader with end-to-end (E2E) ownership mindset, who will own an industry/ vertical completely within the US Operations. The individual is expected to bring deep process expertise, strong operational control, and the ability to articulate problem statements clearly, while driving outcomes through strong stakeholder collaboration.
Key Requirements & Experience
- Strong end-to-end understanding of operational processes, with the ability to own and drive outcomes.
- Proven ability to own an industry / business vertical independently, ensuring delivery, quality, and scalability.
- Strategic knowledge of RMS/ Panel products or equivalent large-scale programs.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up, executing, and scaling large operational programs, driving collaboration across Operations, Technology, Data Science, Product, and Transformation teams.
- Strong operational governance and process control capabilities, with focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Ability to identify, structure, and articulate problem statements clearly, and translate them into actionable solutions or product/process enhancements.
- Proven track record of running BAU team and delivery expectations while maintaining quality.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions, align priorities, and drive outcomes across senior leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights, escalate risks, and drive discussions effectively.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead operations for an industry with end-to-end accountability for delivery and outcomes
- Manage large-scale operations (100+ associates) ensuring performance, quality, and productivity.
- Own BAU delivery, incremental enhancements, and program-level execution, with full accountability for product health metrics and operational KPIs.
- Drive strong operational control frameworks, ensuring governance, compliance, and performance tracking across teams.
- Proactively identify operational gaps, define clear problem statements, and drive resolution through process improvements or product enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute BAU/ Growth strategy, including process redesign, team evolution, capability building, and transition management.
- Drive training, upskilling, and organizational readiness to adapt to changing program and business requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Operations Management, with significant exposure to large-scale program leadership.
- Strong expertise in process optimization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, vendor management, and executive communication.
