Job Description
The Client Business Partner is a commercially focused role dedicated to driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and client reactivation. You will manage a portfolio of existing tech&durable clients, identify opportunities to expand engagement, and play a strategic role in winning back former clients. While the primary focus is on account expansion, the role also includes a smaller scope of new client acquisition.
Start date: October 2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Revenue Expansion
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across assigned accounts.
Develop tailored proposals that align NIQ’s solutions with client business objectives.
Lead commercial negotiations and secure incremental revenue.
Business development – new client's outreach
Client Reactivation
Engage with former clients to understand reasons for disengagement.
Present updated solutions and value propositions to re-establish partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor reactivation strategies.
New Business Development (Limited Scope)
Identify selecting new business opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
Support outreach and proposal development for targeted prospects.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular contact with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Understand client priorities and translate them into relevant commercial opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning NIQ’s offerings to support client growth.
Strategic Account Planning
Collaborate with internal teams to build account growth strategies.
Monitor account performance and proactively address risks or gaps.
Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales pipeline and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within market research, analytics, consulting or tech&durable / telecom sectors - we are open to considering highly motivated candidates with limited B2B sales experience, provided they demonstrate strong ambition, drive, and a willingness to learn.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, contract management.
Ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
