岗位背景

随着中国科技与耐用消费品(T&D)客户对洞察需求从定制化研究项目转向标准化、可复制、可规模化的创新型解决方案,NIQ 正在持续升级围绕 NPS 与 Innovation 的产品化能力。

该岗位是 Tech & Durable Innovation 业务线的核心商业角色,既承担面向客户的一线商业拓展责任,也作为客户端的战略顾问与解决方案设计者,通过创新型洞察产品驱动业务增长。

岗位核心定位

这是一个“懂客户产品与业务的战略型Sales / Client Partner”, 不是传统意义上的接单型销售。

主要职责

1. 客户战略咨询与商业增长

  • 深度理解**中国科技及耐用消费品客户(如手机、家电、硬件、智能终端)**的业务模式、产品路线图与增长挑战
  • 站在甲方视角,识别客户业务中的关键破局点(growth levers),将其转化为可落地的洞察与创新方案
  • 作为 NIQ 与客户的战略顾问接口,而非单一销售窗口

2. 解决方案设计与Proposal主导

  • 主导或深度参与客户 Proposal / Pitch Deck / Solution Design
  • 能清晰回答:
    • 客户真正的问题是什么
    • 为什么是这个方法 / 这个产品
    • 方案如何帮助客户做决策并推动业务结果
  • 将客户需求转化为 清晰的产品需求与商业方案

3. 商业拓展与收入责任

  • 对 T&D Innovation Solution(含 NPS 相关产品)承担商业结果与收入目标
  • 推动从机会识别、方案共创、报价到合作落地的完整商业闭环
  • 与关键客户建立长期、可扩展的合作关系,而非一次性项目

4. 产品化与跨部门协同

  • 作为“产品Owner视角”的代表,与以下团队紧密协作:
    • Commercial
    • SA&I Product
    • Tech & Operations
  • 推动创新解决方案从“项目思维”向“产品思维”转型
  • 确保解决方案具备:
    • 清晰定位
    • 可复制结构
    • 商业可规模性

5. Thought Leadership 与行业影响力

  • 代表 NIQ 与 T&D 客户沟通创新、NPS及行业洞察方向
  • 支持行业分享、客户Workshop、市场活动
  • 增强 NIQ 在中国科技与耐用消费品领域的创新与咨询能力形象

Qualifications

任职资格

必须条件

  • 10 年以上相关经验,其中具备:
    • 甲方背景(强偏好):来自华为 / 荣耀 / 小米 / OPPO / vivo / TCL 等科技或耐用消费品公司
    • 在甲方担任过 产品经理、产品负责人、CMI / 用户研究 / 市场洞察 / 战略相关角色
  • 具备产品思维 + 商业思维,能把复杂业务问题转化为结构化解决方案
  • 优秀的沟通能力,能与客户中高层进行战略层对话
  • 能独立完成高质量 Proposal,并具备对外Pitch能力

加分项

  • 同时具备 乙方经验(咨询公司 / 调研公司 / 数据或洞察服务商)
  • 有将研究 / 洞察 产品化、模块化、规模化 的实际经验
  • 熟悉 NPS、用户体验、产品创新、品牌或增长相关议题

  • 业务判断力强,能快速抓住本质问题
  • 不惧销售目标,但不以“卖”为唯一价值
  • 具备战略感、结构化思考与影响力
  • 能在模糊环境中推动复杂项目落地
