Job Description
To be responsible for the development of client business and for handling projects from mobilization to fieldwork and reporting presentations in consultation with senior members.
Accountabilities:
- Handle end to end study initiation
- Client servicing including field mobilization, field attendance, project management & analysis management
- Fieldwork mobilization, recruitment questionnaire drafting, moderation and fieldwork attendance
- Manage along with manager the day to day client relationships and ensure that all projects are completed on time to the required standard, and high client satisfaction is maintained
- Reviewing analysis sheets and preparing sections within written reports as required answering client objectives
- Understand and implement all Nielsen internal protocols
- Providing senior members with updates on fieldwork & project progress
- Willingness to learn and should have positive attitude towards work
Resource will be evaluated on:
- Mobilizing FW completely – so DG, revising RQ’s, and ensuring fieldwork is smooth
- Being able to deliver sound sections in presentations
