About this position

Leads the strategic direction and execution of Analytics & Activation initiatives, ensuring alignment across clients, internal teams, and business goals. With deep expertise in A&A, they coach and empower teams and build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term impact.

Responsabilities

  • Coaches the team to become trusted advisors
  • Contributes to meetings bringing previous experience to elevate the discussions and reinforce A&A credentials
  • Connects dots across accounts and projects to suggest most impactful and efficient study design
  • Oversees the relationship with client accounts and encourage the team to push for WOW improvements based on client preferences and needs
  • Connects with senior stakeholders at clients to gauge further areas for improvement
  • Conveys A&A and SA&I expertise in client meetings, adding value for high profile studies
  • Finds opportunities to improve the process and increase accuracy
  • Works with CS LT to understand results vs OP and understand how each team can contribute to help net the other team's results
  • Connects dots between workstreams and projects to determine where additional research may be impactful
  • Coaches reviewers on how to balance adding value and guide their teams to gain autonomy
  • Allows reviewers to work with independence and serves as an advisor to tricky cases
  • Helps to remove ambiguity and make decisions for new situations that come up
  • Promotes workload sharing to ensure teams' capacity and development opportunities are optimized
  • Escalates repeated issues or severe workload issues to find a solution across teams
  • Leads work planning of important workstreams to ensure milestones are met
  • Is the reference for NIQ and A&A expertise for the team
