ABOUT THE ROLE
· As part of the Sales Team, the Account Manager is responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience while driving commercial growth in a developing and competitive market. This is a highly customer-facing role, supporting key clients within the FMCG and Pharma sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify, develop, and convert new commercial opportunities by working closely with customer contacts and internal teams
· Actively manage and grow customer relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, online meetings, presentations, and webinars
· Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to customer objectives
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering solutions aligned with NIQ Brandbank strategy
· Develop a deep understanding of NIQ Brandbank services and sell them effectively by clearly articulating customer-relevant benefits
· Investigate customer objectives and identify areas where Brandbank can expand its offering, increase value, and maximize revenue potential
· Support market-building activity by increasing product awareness and educating customers in a challenging but high-potential market
· Develop and improve key customer processes in line with Brandbank growth objectives
· Create and deliver professional, bespoke reporting solutions in line with corporate identity guidelines
· Consistently meet and exceed service-level agreements, including same-day response targets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations
· Work closely with Account Managers to deliver shared account objectives
· Manage customer-related projects and initiatives end-to-end
· Take ownership of account management and customer relationship activities as required
ABOUT YOU
· You are a confident, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions, and operating in a dynamic, evolving market. You are comfortable engaging with customers both in person and online, and you are motivated by the opportunity to help grow a market and a business with international credibility.
REQUIREMENTS
· 1–3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a B2B environment
· Fluent Romanian and good English skills; knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage but not essential
· Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats
· Comfortable delivering face-to-face meetings, presentations, and webinars
· Highly organized with a logical, structured approach to work
· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
· Personable, driven, and determined to exceed customer and commercial expectations
· Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
· Adaptable, enthusiastic, and resilient in a challenging, market-building environment
· High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
· Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and web-based tools
· Strong team spirit with a professional and mature attitude
