Job Description
In this role, you will become part of the Performance Excellence Pillar. The role is intended to work on Quality escape, RCA, KPI, and strategic prediction by analyzing data countries/clusters. You will have the opportunity to lead continuous improvement projects, according to the requirements, and deliver the expected business impacts. You will be working closely with Process Engineers, BAU Leads, Transformation on compliance-related initiatives and local projects.
- Analyze and identify areas for improvement in BAU (Business as Usual) processes and drive convergence of processes and tools
- Identify and implement solutions that translate into standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs
- Evaluate, develop, and implement policies and procedures, mapping business processes, capturing and sharing best practices between the respective countries and regions
- Facilitate and organize improvement and problem-solving workshops, brainstorming with stream members
- Work with metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities, delivering data-driven analysis and business cases
- Cooperate with Global Enablement, Governance, Process Owners, and Operations leaders to ensure we maintain high-quality deliverables and our delivery standards are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations
- Experience in business analysis and/or project coordination
- Extensive knowledge of one function systems and e to e processes
- Good E2E knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Well work organization and multitasking skills
- Effective problem solving
- Ability and willingness to learn and drive improvement
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies, and cultures
- Fluent communication skills in English in writing and speaking
- Positive attitude towards changing the status quo
