Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Associate to be part of the Marketing Shared Services team, responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across regions and business units. This role focuses on delivering high-quality campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. 

The ideal candidate brings strong B2B and digital marketing fundamentals, the ability to manage multiple workflows, and a structured approach to campaign execution and reporting. 

This role offers the opportunity to grow into more strategic responsibilities, including campaign planning, stakeholder management, and ownership of key marketing and team engagement initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Campaign execution and coordination 

  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and quality standards  

  • Coordinate workflows across cross-functional teams (Creative, Brand, Martech, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery  

  • Act as a key point of contact for campaign execution, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders  

  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and SLAs to ensure timely and efficient execution  

  • Support marketing initiatives aligned to sales priorities by coordinating campaign assets and enablement materials to drive pipeline impact  

  • Campaign reporting, insights and research 

  • Support basic campaign reporting by collecting, compiling, and analysing performance data  

  • Track key metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, leads, conversions) and highlight trends or anomalies  

  • Conduct basic research on audience behaviour, campaign performance, and market/competitor activities to support campaign optimization  

  • Partner with subject matter experts to derive actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness  

  • Maintain campaign trackers and dashboards to ensure visibility and transparency  

  • Content and localization support 

  • Develop marketing content and coordinate localization of workflows, including working with agencies and internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency  

  • Ensure adherence to brand and messaging guidelines across all deliverables  

  • Process excellence and operations 

  • Follow established campaign processes and frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality in execution  

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability  

  • Support operational activities such as campaign tracking and basic coordination of budgets and tools as part of execution  

  • Continuously explore and adopt new AI use cases to improve productivity and scalability within marketing operations 

  • Collaboration and contribution 

  • Work closely with team members and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives  

  • Take ownership of assigned campaigns while contributing to overall team goals  

  • Continuously build knowledge of marketing practices, tools, and industry trends, and use of AI in marketing 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field  

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or marketing operations across channels such as social (LinkedIn, Meta), email marketing, and Google search and display advertising  

  • Strong understanding of B2B and digital marketing fundamentals  

  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or projects in a fast-paced environment  

  • Familiarity with marketing tools (automation platforms, CRM, project management tools)  

  • Strong organizational and project management skills  

  • Good analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign performance data  

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills  

Preferred qualifications 

  • Exposure to global or multi-region marketing campaigns  

  • Familiarity with campaign reporting, performance metrics, and basic marketing analytics  

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Creative, Brand, Martech, etc.)  

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and marketing automation platforms to support campaign execution and optimization is an advantage
