In this role, you will create learning content that translates NielsenIQ’s products, platforms, and ways of working into clear, practical learning for a global audience. You will translate technical subject matter into clear, engaging, action‑oriented learning assets across multiple digital formats, supporting both internal associates and external learners.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys hands‑on content creation, and is energized by building learning for the modern, self‑directed learner.

Key Responsibilities – What you will do:

  • Design and develop high‑quality learning content using sound instructional design principles and adult learning theory to help learners build knowledge and apply new skills

  • Support the development of learning assets across multiple formats, including microlearning, eLearning, virtual instructor‑led training (vILT), videos, job aids, and learning guides

  • Write clear, learner‑centric scripts and storyboards that effectively guide development and production

  • Translate highly technical content into simple, actionable language that supports real‑world application

  • Partner closely with subject matter experts to shape content that meets learner needs while maintaining technical accuracy

  • Collaborate with digital content creators, multimedia specialists, and other learning partners to bring designs to life

  • Contribute to the evolution of NielsenIQ’s learning approach, supporting the shift from instructor‑led to digital, blended, and self‑directed learning experiences

  • Apply stakeholder and learner feedback to continuously improve learning content and experiences

  • Maintain high quality standards for learning deliverables while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Proven experience (minimum 1-3 years) designing and writing digital learning content for adult learners

  • Strong capability in transforming complex or technical information into engaging, learner‑friendly experiences

  • Experience designing learning content across multiple modalities, including eLearning (content development using basic authoring tools such as EasyGenerator/Rise), virtual/classroom training, videos, and job aids.

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of structure, clarity, and learner empathy

  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

  • Comfort working independently while collaborating with cross‑functional, global stakeholders

  • A continuous learning mindset and curiosity to grow skills, tools, and approaches
