About This Job
As an Associate Manager in Retail Vertical client engagement team, you will be responsible for engaging retailer clients using reliable information, high-quality analysis and add value through a strong understanding of client needs and providing them with the integrated solutions and insights that will help achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities
- Support manager to ensure effective account planning and prompt communication with responsible retailers and internal delivery/product/function teams. Engage with the responsible retailers in order to achieve the set business objectives and other operational performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within the client organization.
- Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations and response to special requests. Thinks critically to improve the quality of ideas by skillfully analyzing, assessing, and reconstructing information and identifying problems and issues.
- Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with management in terms of preparation, proposal and credentials. Manage project process and ensure qualified delivery.
- Ensure the generation of required data flow and/or revenue from the assigned client portfolio and proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed business targets. Manage pipeline and revenue conversion to meet revenue OP.
- Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients’ business needs.
- Undertake retailer recruitment tasks, responsible for handling issues arising for all on-going recruitment stages. Capable to plan recruitment strategy and timeline and be able to recruit new clients independently to make sure the recruitment target is finished on-time.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years in research, sales or marketing experience in market research/consulting/retailing /FMCG or retailer ecosystem companies
- Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis, research techniques and methodologies
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal savvy
- Effective writing and presentation skills
- Project management experience and willing to travel
