About this Job
NIQ is building a centralized Content Enablement function within the Center of Revenue Enablement to power seller execution, leadership effectiveness, and scalable commercial capability globally.
The Content Enablement Manager plays a critical role in designing, producing, and governing sales and enablement content that supports NIQ’s Commercial Academy, GTM motions, onboarding, leadership programs, and priority growth initiatives. This role exists to reduce fragmentation, improve execution consistency, and ensure sellers and managers can quickly access the right content, at the right time, in the flow of work.
This role partners closely with Enablement Program Owners, GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, and Regional Enablement stakeholders to deliver execution‑ready, modular, and globally scalable content that directly supports revenue outcomes.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, global, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Design, build, and maintain sales and enablement content across key Commercial Academy pillars, including Product, Industry, Commercial Process, and Sales Skills
- Develop execution‑ready assets such as playbooks, pitch materials, talk tracks, enablement guides, and training content
- Partner with Enablement Program Owners to support priority programs including Commercial Academy, New Hire Onboarding, MD Enablement, G100 Enablement, Seller Skills, and GTM Enablement
Content Governance & Standards
- Own content governance standards including taxonomy, structure, version control, lifecycle management, and quality assurance
- Establish and maintain standardized templates and formats to support scalability and consistency
- Ensure content aligns with global enablement standards while supporting localization workflows for regional needs
Cross‑Functional Enablement Support
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Regional teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and adoption
- Support GTM launches and strategic initiatives with fit‑for‑purpose enablement content
- Act as a trusted partner to sellers, managers, and enablement leaders by incorporating field feedback into continuous improvement cycles
Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor content usage, engagement, and effectiveness data
- Identify opportunities to improve discoverability, usability, and impact
- Continuously refine content based on adoption insights and execution outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4–10+ years experience in sales enablement, content development, commercial training, or related roles (level dependent)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and seller workflows
- Proven experience building scalable, modular content for global audiences
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with enablement platforms, LMS tools, and SharePoint or similar content hubs preferred
- Comfortable working across cultures, regions, and time zones
Additional Information
This role has a market‑competitive salary aligned to level, experience, and location. Actual compensation will vary depending on qualifications, skills, and geography. This role may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus.
