Job Description

The Analyst will support the Consumer Research team in delivering high‑quality market and consumer insights that address client business questions.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong analytical thinking, curiosity about consumer behavior, and interest in market research.
The Analyst will be involved end‑to‑end in research projects—from study design and data analysis to insight development and client-ready deliverables

  • Support the design and execution of consumer research projects aligned with client objectives

  • Assist in research design and methodology selection (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Draft questionnaires and research designs under guidance from senior team members
  • Coordinate survey fieldwork and manage data collection processes
  • Conduct data cleaning, validation, and basic statistical analysis
  • Develop data tables, charts, and visualizations to summarize findings
  • Translate data into clear insights and business implications
  • Prepare client‑facing reports and presentation materials (PowerPoint)
  • Work closely with project managers, senior analysts, and cross‑functional teams to ensure project quality and timelines
  • Conduct desk research and summarize existing market, category, and consumer intelligence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
    (Business, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong interest in consumer behavior, market research, and data analysis
  • Logical, structured thinking with attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment
  • Strong learning mindset and ownership of assigned tasks
