Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and analytically-minded Manager, Consumer & Marketing Insights to join our team in Seoul, Korea. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of consumer and marketing insights initiatives that drive business growth and enhance customer success outcomes. You will translate complex data into actionable strategies, collaborate across departments, and provide leadership that shapes our organization's understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive consumer insights strategies that inform marketing initiatives and product development decisions
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute market research projects, surveys, and consumer studies
  • Create data-driven reports and visualizations that communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of consumer data from multiple sources and platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure insights are effectively integrated into business strategies
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of insights-driven initiatives
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and analytics tools relevant to consumer insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, marketing analytics, or related field
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and consumer behavior analysis
  • Strong proficiency with analytics platforms and tools 
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Excellent understanding of customer success principles and CRM systems
  • Advanced skills in data interpretation and translating insights into strategic recommendations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with market research methodologies and consumer segmentation strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of the Korean market and regional consumer behavior (preferred)
  • Project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across departments
  • Fluency in English; Korean language skills are a plus
