Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Operations Analyst to oversee data quality control (QC) processes from retailers and conduct store audits. This role ensures that all data delivered to clients meets the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules effectively.
 
Key Responsibilities

Data Quality Control (QC):

  • Perform thorough QC checks on data received from retailers
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies or anomalies
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific data standards

Store Audits:

  • Conduct regular audits of retail stores to validate data accuracy
  • Document findings and provide actionable insights to improve data integrity
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure audit schedules are met

Schedule Management:

  • Follow established timelines for data processing and audits
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet deadlines
  • Proactively flag risks to schedules and propose solutions

Client Data Delivery:

  • Guarantee that all client-facing reports and datasets are accurate and complete
  • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding data quality issues
  • Provide detailed documentation of QC processes and audit outcomes

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or auditing
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with retail data or consumer goods industry preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
