Job Description

 

An Insight Analyst works with several FMCG Clients that operate in Poland. This role is designed to deliver valuable, action-oriented industry insights to the Clients to enable decision making. In thes role Analyst works independently or with support of senior person / co-work with Customer Consultant in delivering detailed, actionable recommendations to the FMCG Clients in response to their strategic business questions. Insights Analyst works with various FMCG manufacturers, global and local, from different industries.  

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Analyze and interpret sales data to drive conclusions on market trends and answer “so what” questions 

  • Execute analytical projects (when required with support of senior person), by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting NIQ data, constructing presentations 

  • Delivering quantified recommendations and value added to the Clients 

  • Present ready analysis in front of the Client 

  • Delivering thought leadership and cross industry insights to build and drive expertise 

  • Generate leads for Account Development team via recommendations and deep understanding of Client needs

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Strong numerical, analytical presentation skills 

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 

  • Very good written and spoken communication skills in English (B2 level) 

  • Results-oriented personality and ability to work to tight deadlines 

  • Client-centric and solution-oriented approach  

  • Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting 

  • Ability to work both independently and as an enthusiastic team player 

  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment 

  • Interest in the FMCG industry 

  • Fluent in Polish (written and spoken)  is a must have
