Job Description
About this Job
We are the shapers of tomorrow. As the largest global consumer intelligence company, we pride ourselves in our ability to reveal new pathways to sustainable growth – for our clients, our people and the world. At our core, we’re a diverse team of talented people who leverage data and technology to turn aspiration into reality. We share a passion to push things forward and the integrity to do it in the right way. We’ll enable you to take your future into your own hands and play a leading role in our story.
NielsenIQ is looking for a skilled and driven Analyst to join our Post Sales Enablement team. This team plays a critical role in empowering our commercial organization—helping sellers work more efficiently, stay focused on winning new business, and deliver a seamless customer experience once a contract is signed. Partnering closely with crossfunctional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Success), we identify and manage the optimal mix of tools, processes, and workflows to accelerate the path from closedown deals to recognized revenue.
As a PostSales Enablement Specialist, you will ensure operational excellence and flawless execution across all postsales activities. Acting as the connective link between commercial teams, customer service, operations, and clients, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and CRM workflows, securing timely and precise billing, and ensuring full adherence to internal compliance standards.
Your mission is to drive First Time Right delivery, streamline the customer journey, and elevate overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure end‑to‑end execution of all post‑sales workflows, guaranteeing that every product sold is accurately invoiced and properly documented.
- Validate that all commercial terms and contract details negotiated by sellers are correctly reflected in the system, preventing rework, delays, incorrect invoicing, or order rejection.
- Monitor dashboards and sales milestones, ensuring opportunities progress through the correct stages (Negotiation → Review → Approval) and identifying deviations or bottlenecks.
- Track missing purchase orders (POs), pending invoices, and unbilled opportunities—proactively engaging sellers and internal teams to secure timely completion.
- Serve as the primary operational interface for Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the post‑sales cycle.
- Conduct weekly alignment meetings with sellers to review dashboards, highlight gaps, validate forecasts, and ensure accurate representation of revenue expectations.
- Analyze and validate information provided by sellers, especially when forecast data or pipeline status does not reflect system evidence or financial logic, identifying inconsistencies between expected sales closures and actual performance, escalating concerns and proposing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, update milestones, and ensure data integrity across all operational and financial processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, unclear workflows, or missing process mapping, proactively proposing improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce manual workload, and strengthen governance.
